We have a great little way of keeping our figures versatile. All of the Heroes and some of the larger minion packs come with THREE heads for EACH figure. This allows you to mix and match each figure AND mix the heads with many other figures in the range.
At the moment we have four head sizes, take a look at the categories of models that can mix and match heads!
You might be tempted to not glue the heads down to keep them even more versatile, but we recommend gluing them in with the strongest glue you have to hand. Every effort has been made to insure a tight fit, but without some sort of adhesive, the heads will fall out and quickly get lost.
